How do I ship the package back?Updated a month ago

Once you get an email saying that your retunr was accepted and in the email you will either have a prepaid label or address (depending on you location)

If you received a prepaid return label:

1. Pack the items in the original box or a suitable alternative
2. Print and attach the return label
3. Drop it off at a drop off location printed on the label
4. Keep your receipt and tracking information

Important Notes:

• Tracking is essential. Please request a proof of postage, we won’t be able to monitor your parcel - and this may delay or prevent your refund.
• Always include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Without it, identifying your return may be difficult and may cause delays in processing your refund.
